Process

Eight steps, the same way every time

Designers hire installers for one reason: the material goes on the wall right the first time. This is how we make sure it does.

  1. Inquiry

Send the rooms, the material, the designer and the timing. Photos help.

    Reply within four business hours
  2. Site visit

We measure every wall, check moisture, photograph existing conditions, note prep and confirm the material and overage.

Within five days of your inquiry
  3. Written quote

Rooms, wall dimensions, roll count, prep, removal and material handling, each on its own line. Roll count goes to the designer in writing before the order is placed.

Within forty-eight hours of the visit, valid thirty days
  4. Booking

A signed agreement and a fifty percent deposit hold the date. We confirm material delivery three days before the install.

  5. Material check

Every roll is unwrapped, inspected and photographed. Run numbers are checked against each other. If anything looks wrong, we stop and call before a single cut.

  6. Install day

On time. Floors and furniture protected. AC running. Daily cleanup and an end-of-day photo to the designer.

  7. Completion

We walk the room with you, close the punch list the same day, photograph the finished work and send the invoice.

  8. Follow-up

A thirty-day check-in. One-year workmanship warranty, with any issue handled within a week.

Built for South Florida

Humidity

Moisture-metered walls, mildew-resistant primer and paste, and the AC running before, during and after.

Older homes

Walls are rarely plumb or square. We hang from a laser line and plan corners before the first strip.

Prep

Priced as its own line and photographed at the site visit, so there are no surprises on install day.
